Join New York Theatre Workshop and Poetic Theater Productions for a free community Open Mic Night, featuring guest host Temesgen Tocruray and artists Saviana Stanescu, Ray Archie, Vanessa Rappa, Raquel Almazan, Tamara Geisler, Dahlia Damoiselle, Yadira De La Riva, and Lynae DePriest AKA Thoughtress.

The evening’s theme (in conversation with 17 Border Crossings): WITHIN / WITHOUT BORDERS. Poetry, spoken word, monologues, songs, and all languages welcome!

Participation is not contingent on attending 17 Border Crossings or performing!

Unfortunately we have hit capacity and are no longer accepting responses. If you are still interested in performing, we will have a waitlist open during the event in case spots open up. We would love to see you there either way!

*We will not have a pianist, but we have a piano upstairs that performers can use! We also have a very basic sound system, two speakers, and a mic with a stand for the night.*
